Other Robert Bullock/Paris Sequin unclassified dresses

Please note that this is a brand new dress and has never been worn. I fell in love with this dress when I first tried it on. Classic and elegant. The designer's website photo does not do this dress justice. I added a small, delicate rhinestone belt and I think it really added something to the dress (not included). Unfortunately when the dress came in, my hips had increased about 1", making it too small. The chest and waist were fine and I would have been able to take those in easily as there was a decent amount of fabric (my bust measured 33 1/4 and waist at 25 1/4). Since it is a matte, satin fabric, I didn't feel comfortable taking out the seam for fear that it would leave a mark. We also decided to change our wedding location to a small town with hills and no cars so it would have been too difficult to talk comfortably. Please note that the image of me in the dress is a sample size so the correct size lays nicely. I originally paid $1,650 and am asking $1,500 since it is brand new. I am open to any reasonable offer.
